TJ Brands B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands. Where these terms refer to "we", "us" or "our", this means TJ Brands B.V.

2. Scope

This Legal Information page applies to all visitors and customers of kleiderglanz.com ("the Website") and forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We currently ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

3. Products

We sell fashion & apparel products through the Website. Product descriptions, images and pricing are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing. Minor variations in colour, size or material may occur due to photography, screen display or manufacturing differences.

4. Orders & Fulfilment

Orders placed through the Website are fulfilled via our supplier network. As items are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary and typically range between 5-15 business days, depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case you will be notified and refunded in full.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices for customers in Germany and Austria are displayed in EUR (€); prices for customers in Switzerland are displayed in CHF, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Right to Cancel & Returns

Customers in Germany and Austria (EU): As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in national law.

Customers in Switzerland: Switzerland is not an EU member state and Swiss law does not mandate a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. As a goodwill policy, we nonetheless offer Swiss customers the same 30-day right to cancel their order, on the same terms as described below, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

To exercise this right, please contact us at service@kleiderglanz.com within 30 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any hygiene seals intact where applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Certain items (e.g. personalised or hygiene-sealed products) may be excluded from the right to cancel, as permitted by law.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at service@kleiderglanz.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Consumers in Germany and Austria are entitled to statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) under national law implementing the EU Sale of Goods Directive; Swiss consumers are entitled to warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 ff. OR).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and the KleiderGlanz name and branding, is the property of TJ Brands B.V. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TJ Brands B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for customers in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG) where applicable. 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
